Think And Get Motivated Now: Become An Early Riser

Your Falcon Productivity Launch Pad: Become An Early Riser!

I will soon tell you how I plan to become an early riser, but why should you? Being an early riser allows you to take back control of your own life. No more responding to alarm clocks passively, stressing out about time and letting other people choose your own priorities. By taking charge you can work on the things most important to you first thing in the morning and get more done in 4 hours than many get in an entire day. You can avoid the period not likely to contain emails, distraction, background noise, etc and be full go for launch.

44% of the rich and top 1% of their field wake up at least 3 hours before their work day starts. Only 3% of the poor do. This according to Tom Corley author of “Rich Habits”. 84% of the wealthy believe in good habits creating “opportunity luck”. Although some rich believe you can create your own luck, many others believe luck is a function of taking enough low risk high reward decisions. If I was to tell you there was a coinflip where heads you win $1 and tails you lose almost nothing, the successful people would be those that simply show up enough to take that bet. Over time the result of  taking those coinflips would be something that looks very similar to luck. But it’s also just math.
Conversely being persistent at a high risk low return outcomes is the choice many bankrupted degenerate gamblers take. Often times these opportunities are only available to you if you believe you are lucky. A study by Richard Wiseman showed a test that required everyone to count the number of times the word “success” was listed in the paper. Those that believed they were lucky were substantially more likely to notice a strategically placed insert that said “stop reading! The number is correct number of times the word success Is in the paper is 147, write it in and win $100” as well as follow the instructions and win the $100. This illustrates that some of luck is a preconscious focused attention on its obtainment formed by your beliefs. Something you will come to find out in the Falcon Productivity System is that beliefs are actually something that you can actually control and manage and create intentionally if you know some of the strategies. But for now you can choose to trust me, or proceed considering it possible but remaining skeptical until the time comes for me to explain to you what I’m talking about and are convinced for yourself. Afterall if this is true, this might be the perfect chance to prime your mind for success. It costs you almost nothing and the reward may be being able to design a belief system that allows you previously unobtainable success. The choice is yours.

So if Luck can be engineered (and I promise to you I will explain more on this in the future), what does this have to do with becoming an early riser?  Aside from making the time and effort and doing the work to Prime your mind for massive overwhelming success and Something like “luck” using strategies I will cover later, noticing the opportunity to get lucky is usually a bit more difficult. It may require to have at least on specific skill in order to capitalize, or more likely a combination of skills. When you become an early riser you get to prioritize the skills you develop and you get to build what Scott Adams in his book “How to Fail At Almost Everything and Still Win Big” calls a “talent stack”. A talent stack—according to Adams— makes it exponentially More likely for you to succeed. So when there are all kinds of information pieces out there and some will make you more successful and some will represent massive overwhelming low risk and high reward opportunities, those primed to focus in on those opportunities—That also have the Specific talents to recognize them as well as the talent to actually unlock the proverbial treasure chest to see what’s inside—will have “luck” available to them. Those who do not, will either not notice it or will notice it but not have the talents to enjoy them.

Imagine just how much more successful you can be now if you Launch out of bed an extra 4 hours earlier and use that time on building a skills and then you begin noticing opportunity that was always there but now it is even more accessible to you than ever before. Do you think taking almost zero risk chances at free money, good health, harmonious relationships and more Opportunities might work out well for you? Do you think multiplying these chances by a factor of 10 or 100 might allow you to be more successful? If you don’t believe it you better take another look again once you have changed your beliefs to be more aligned with success.

You. Can see now, that even if you once didn’t believe success was attainable, that there are some smart, credible people who have done studies that say there might be something to luck that can be within your control. And that belief itself that you can achieve luck more often can be empowering because it can allow you to make choices and feel as if you are doing something useful that overtime may lead to rewards and simply because those rewards may reinforce additional efforts, getting the Psychology right and the stuff between your ears right on its own can assist in you changing the way you think about your interaction with the world.

There was once no money in the world, no tools, no way to succeed except to fight among others for limited resources. But humanity has beat the food chain with the belief that something like it had a chance of being possible. And we’ve created an economy that allows food to be made in greater quantities than ever before supporting a growing population with more ideas and means to produce than ever. While thee once was no money, look how much there is now. And there’s various forms of it all over the world, there’s all sorts of other vehicles like stocks and bonds and options and private shares and crowdfunding equity and loans and new opportunities using new technologies that have allowed mankind to slowly but surely begin to prosper at higher rates. While some certainly prosper substantially more than others, the pie has grown and now is your chance to keep on growing that pie and have your share by providing value to others, and it begins with a single choice.

If you choose success, you take the red pill and continue reading. If not, you can believe whatever you believe.

The secret to becoming an early riser is in altering your circadian rhythm. Try the following.
1)Prepare a cup of coffee and place it by your bedside.
2)Set your alarm for something like 4am.
3)Wake up and before you even hit the snooze button drink some healthy sips of coffee, get up and stretch, hit the snooze and see how you feel.

Even if you can’t immediately get up and begin changing your circadian rhythm, you can still take a nap with caffeine in your system and by the time your regular alarm goes you should feel an extra sense of clarity and energy. The act of getting up in the morning will be met with a mild reward of the extra caffeine energy and dopamine associated with it. Over time your circadian rhythm will ebb and flow and eventually—sure as your belief that the sun is going to come up tomorrow—you will become an early riser.

Not enough for you? The enhanced edition will rewire your brain using Pavlovian conditioning by anchoring your body to respond by releasing adrenaline when hearing the sound of a specific alarm. See more on becoming an early riser using anchoring.
