Brain Chemistry And The Mind Is The Secret To Reprogramming The Simulation

Let me ask you something, have you ever wanted something so badly, I mean REEEALLY wanted something badly that you needed it immediately? Could you feel yourself driven to act in ways you otherwise might not have in order to get what you want? The brain is capable of pouring liquid fuel on your desires to make you more productive when you get the right variables to align.

One of those variables is having the incentives right. Get the incentive right, and change is eminent. Get them wrong and you would be stuck if you didn’t have this way out.

Have you ever felt you only wanted to go to bed—or sleep there on the couch—even though it was hours from sleep? And for the last time you felt like you were able do nothing?  Until now, have you noticed energy having been a struggle to amp yourself up? Have you noticed the contrast between that and the days when you have the type of energy that can make you rocket out of bed? Imagine if you can jolt yourself out of any state and into the most useful one. What if you could snap out of any state and access the one you needed at that moment, to get the life you want?

That mostly all boils down to your brain chemistry, the links you have to action or your “triggers” (or links you have to your emotions or “anchors”) and your awareness of the psychology of how you can train your mind to respond like your own Pavlovian dog to evoke a response that you can access when you need it.

What could you accomplish if you could master your brain chemistry?

The thing that seems to separate productivity Falcons with unproductive or regular level productive people is that Falcons have mastered psychology and brain chemistry. Falcons may use their internal brain chemistry. Other Falcons might use use words and effective communication and persuasion to influence others. Still others might create tools and incentive structure to steer themselves or those around them. It all depends on the individual, their skillsets and their path.

There are secrets to instantly tap into mental states. Combine incentive, design and strategy together in the right way and you can virtually create the life you want in time. You will soon find yourself able to accomplish more.

Ask yourself, who would you need to become to have exactly what you want? Imagine a person able to achieve your dreams and step into that image and become that person. Live like them, act like them, think like them and feel their motivations and become them, and you will.

A hypnotist might have you do something like imagine a time when you felt a certain way, notice what you feel, amp it up 100 times and then push your thumb and index finger together when you feel it and suggest to you a powerful link beginning to build to that state and that whenever you want that feeling again you can do so by repeating the action of pushing the thumb and index finger together. And with enough practice of reaching that state in your imagination you can then bring it out for real whenever you need it to feel more natural, calm, confident, energetic or whatever feeling you want to have to be the person you want to become.

Now a nutritionist might say there are certain types of foods with concentration of specific amino acids that can be synthesized into brain chemicals so if you have a deficit you can build up a surplus if you know what you are doing.

A Zen Buddhist or spiritual “guru” might use meditation to learn to control your levels of relaxation and energy and find different states of consciousness and that you can learn to use those states of consciousness when necessary.

Someone who studies behavioral science, cognitive psychology, linguistics, neurology, etc will recognize that your mind will link certain words to memories and those memories may trigger different states of consciousness and that your words are important variables in how you feel, behave and act and that confirmation bias can be used as a tool so that you train your mind to recognize opportunity to succeed more.

Someone who studies the “law of attraction” will take that idea a step further and suggest you attract what you think and feel and reinforce it over time and they might make it seem more mystical or magical that you can trigger your ideal life to move towards you (more than you moving towards it).

Someone who studies more occult things will learn about the impact of symbolism onto the mind. The link between the mind and matter goes both ways. Patterns affect the mind. The brain sees patterns in symbols. The mind doesn’t distinguish between a visual projection, it’s own imagination or an actual real event. As such, you can plant seeds for other people through media whether it’s speaking visual imagery into existence through their subconscious actions or a well designed movie. That people are doing this all the time whether intentional or not.

The fake worlds projected onto us through story conflict with the actual world and our brain seeks consistency so our subconscious might be biased to act in a way to bring it into fruition. That the creative process requires someone to first have the idea, and that idea has to be spread to someone who has the means to implement it or to meet a time and a place where the means exist to implement it. You look at science fiction authors like Jules Verne speaking Submarines into existence, or Walt Disney Spaceship Earth in 1993 showing live conference calls on devices similar to iPads we have today over Skype or FaceTime. Consider the power in fact of knowing that we are today living in the dreams of Walt Disney. Who’s dream are you going to live in tomorrow? Why not your own?

The stories we tell ourselves become who we are. We move towards the reality we imagine to be real because the mind seeks consistency. The brain not only recognizes patterns, but seeks patterns it recognizes and tends to avoid ones it doesn’t. We have to act consistent with the world we imagine and if something is out of place we will try to act in a way to either avoid it or create it if we have the means and incentives to do so.

I’ve introduced nothing too far outside of the normal rational way of perceiving things. I can’t prove my suspicions that there is more to it than this. But I am going to save that for another post and leave you with the question “what if there is”? Ask yourself that question and many more as you think about how you can begin to design your ideal world and take steps to live it now.
